Management Trainee

MANAGEMENT TRAINEE



You will be working directly with the COO and the founding team of Bihasa, an e-learning and digital consulting start-up focused on helping influencers, entrepreneurs and brands build their world-class digital learning platforms. We are looking for candidates who have an entrepreneurial spirit, strong accountability for both self and others, exudes a positive and pragmatic attitude, aims to be the best at what they do and constantly strives to improve, have a natural tendency to collaborate and build strong and lasting partnerships within and outside the organization, and finally those who are christ-centered or exudes values and principles similar to how Christ lived. 



Digital Marketing, Community Management, Business Development, and overall Project Management are some of the areas where you’ll be able to build your experience. Our offices are in Marikina-Antipolo, but we have flexible work arrangements that include adjustable hours and work-from-home. We don’t focus on the time you put in but place upmost emphasis on your results and how it impacts the business. 



Because we are an early-stage start-up, you’ll be exposed to the ins and outs of building a business and brand from scratch and you’ll have a direct impact on the success of the business and our partners. WHAT YOU'LL DO



- Manage the Digital Marketing Strategy of our partners. We’ll co-develop the digital marketing strategy of our partners. From there, you will be tasked to execute on these strategies that include: managing the social media content calendar, managing their paid ads, and creating simple graphics and copy, and finally deriving any insights from the metrics we track. 



- Work with our Digital Marketing Team (freelancers) in executing on the Digital Marketing Strategy defined for our partners. 



- Manage Bihasa’s social media accounts on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. by posting content and occasionally responding to customer concerns 



- Assist in crafting and executing the digital advertising strategy for the Bihasa brand by constantly researching best practices, creating simple graphics and written content, and similarly deriving insights from our metrics. 



- Foster partnerships with our partners, organizations, and institutions in producing and promoting our e-learning platform and content. 



We also expect you to constantly innovate, bring in new ideas, and be an advocate of Bihasa in any and every way possible.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED



- Excellent communication and collaboration skills. We need someone who can effectively communicate. Someone who can collaborate with both internal and external partners of the business using both digital and offline channels. 



- Experience in Digital Marketing. We expect you to have practical knowledge of the best practices of Digital Marketing while also constantly looking to improve on their knowledge of this area. 



- Manager of One and has an Entrepreneurial Spirit. We want someone who is capable of building something from scratch and seeing it through. While you will be directly mentored by the founding members, you need to be highly motivated, self-initiate and determine what needs to be done, understand the company vision and surprise us with their ideas and results. 



- Creativity and an Eye for Good Design. We expect you to come up with creative social media content using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, among others. 



This is a role best fit for someone with 1 to 2 years of Digital Marketing experience. And who again have entrepreneurial qualities, has a strong sense of accountability, is positive yet pragmatic, constantly strives to be the expert, collaborates and works well with others, and is christ-centered. 



Should be willing to work in the Marcos Hiway, Marikina-Antipolo Rizal area.
