Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, the new plan takes effect immediately. When you downgrade, the change applies at the end of your current billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers and other local payment methods. After selecting a plan, you will receive payment instructions. Your subscription activates once payment is confirmed by our team.
What happens when my plan expires?
When your plan expires, your account reverts to the Free plan. Your existing job posts will remain visible until they expire, but you won't be able to create new posts beyond the Free plan limits until you renew.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a full refund within the first 7 days of purchase if you haven't used any of the premium features. After that period, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact our support team for assistance.
